      Please use Clean theme to test this.

      Browse through wiki activity and make sure the pages contains:

      1. <h1> displaying the course name
      2. <h2> displaying the activity name (the name of the wiki)
      3. <h3/xx> displaying the sub heading for the page.

      Additionally, choose other non-bootstrap themes and re-test the above steps and make sure the page looks ok.
