Group info has ugly black border in Clean theme

On the screen for adding and removing users from groups, the group info is presented at the top of the screen with an ugly 1px black border. It looks particularly odd when the group picture and description text are not present.

The line that creates this should be removed from the Bootstrapbase Less/CSS.
