If you go to reset a course and scroll down to the group related options and click the drop down to show the group section all that is initially displayed is the show more link. When you click that you are shown the actual options.

Not sure if this an infrastructure problem or just an issue with this specific form. Most likely if there is going to be nothing outside of the show more section it can just be left out.
