Clicking in filepicker opens an item in filemanager

      I noticed that some links do not work in filepicker. After I closed filepicker window I saw one that the filemanager file-select dialogue was open. Which means that filemanager caught the mouse click event instead of filepicker (which is on top)

      Everything is fine in 2.5, it happens on master only
