Max execution time during deletion of a large course

    Description

      1. Create a large course (was using an L one when this happened)
      2. Via the Web UI delete the course

      Actual

      • The process dies because of max_execution_time

      Expected

      • The deletion ends

      If this was not blocking the session, that'd be nice too.
