Any button or input over a thumbnail on a File manage on Clean theme does not work

On a File Manager

1. set the view to thumbnail
2. click any file
3. move the dialogue with any button or input over a thumbnail
4. click the button or input which is over the thumbnail and you'll see that it wont work
