Confirmation dialogues on the file picker should be modal

On a File manager,

1. click add...
2. while the File picker is on, click a thumbnail on the file manager and another dialogue window appears
3. click delete
4. while the delete confirmation dialogue is on, click a thumbnail and you'll see another dialogue pops up under

This by the way happens on Clean theme. I didn't check on other themes so please do
