      Please use clean and non-bootstrap themes to test this issue.

      1. Add assign activity to a course
      2. Go to page index page (/mod/assign/index.php) and make sure the page contains resource name in h2.
      3. view the page and make sure it has:
      • course name as h1
      • activity name as h2

      Browse around assign activity and make sure there's no error occur.
