Completion checkbox and editing icons are not aligned properly for Label resource

Enable course completion Create different activities Create label resource Make sure completion checkboxes are HORIZONTALLY aligned with the rest of completion checkboxes. There was a little difference before the patch (see screenshot). Make sure editing icons are placed properly (HORIZONTALLY aligned with the editing icons of other activities). There was a big difference before the patch. Check this on clean theme and standard theme.
