Bullets and Numbering are missing from lists, When in RTL mode (theme/clean)

Set language to RTL (select Hebrew language) Set theme to Clean Start a new discussion in the News forum (or any place you can use the TinyMCE editor) Enter a short list of lines (copy following sample) in Hebrew (any RTL language) <ul> <li dir="rtl" style="text-align: right;"><span>קבוצת דיון </span></li> <li dir="rtl" style="text-align: right;"><span>בה יכולים התלמידים להתנסות </span></li> <li><span>בכל מיני רכיבי מולטימדיה</span></li> <li dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span><span>If your language is listed, </span></span></li> <li dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span><span>and you'd like to volunteer to </span></span></li> <li dir="ltr" style="text-align: left;"><span><span>become language pack maintainer</span></span></li> </ul> If you created you own content, Select the lines and set "Bulleted list" Make sure you see the bullets to the right of the bulleted list, in RTL mode. (As seen on the second screen capture) while editing inside the TinyMCE and after publishing the content too.
