Very difficult to test without ~~MDL-41985~~, but:

Log into Moodle

Ensure that you are using a theme that supports docking

Ensure that you have no blocks docked

Ensure that Moodle has $CFG->debug set to DEBUG_DEVELOPER

Open JS console

Refresh the page

Confirm that the JS console shows some debug logs for moode-core-dock-loader

Confirm that if you use the browser filters and restrict to 'Debug' messages, you still see them

Confirm that if you change the browser's console filter and restrict to 'Logs', you stop seeing them

In order to make ~~MDL-41985~~ more useful, it would be good to get the correct loglevels set for the dock since it logs on pretty much every page.

I'd say that the 'correct' level in this case is probably debug.

No need to backport these fixes as it's not possible to filter on log level prior to YUI 3.10
