Restore: Very large course times out

      NOTE: Most of these changes are only required for the XL restore. However, the XL and even L restore can take an unfeasibly long time, so I am suggesting a test with the M size restore (still quite big) just so we can see it isn't broken.

      1. If you don't have one already, create an 'M' size test course and do a backup using default settings.
      2. Restore the backup using default settings.

      EXPECTED: The entire restore process completes successfully.

      After getting the XL test course to backup successfully, I am now attempting to restore it. Initially I have found timeouts in the user interface sections, some of which are analogous to issues fixed in MDL-41722. There may be other timeouts later on too, so I'll fix them under this issue.
