      1. Create a new book and open it to view
      2. Create the first page and save
        1. Confirm that you see the "Turn editing off" link at the top right
        2. Confirm that it matches the link text in the nav
      3. Press the button
        1. Confirm that editing is turned off
        2. Confirm that you see the "Turn editing on" link at the top right
        3. Confirm that it matches the link text in the nav
      4. Press the button
        1. Confirm that editing is turned on again
        2. Confirm that you see the "Turn editing off" link at the top right
        3. Confirm that it matches the link text in the nav
      5. Repeat toggling from the nav tree

    Description

      The link to edit book pages ("Turn editing on") is currently hidden at the end of the list in the "Administration" block. As users reported to me, it is quite hard to find there.

      Better solutions include:

      a) Have a "Turn editing on" button in the same place as on the main course page, i.e., on the top-right of the screen;
      b) Add a "Turn editing on" icon in the "Table of contents" block, where per-chapter editing icons currently appear after editing is turned on.
