      2 If necessary, turn on debug display so you can see error messages
      3 If you don't already have one, create an 'M' test course.
      4 Perform a backup of the course using default settings

      EXPECTED:

      Error occurs, probably at about 98%, "Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 1 second exceeded"

      5 Set the setting to 0, default
      6 Perform the same backup

      Description

      In progress() calls, set_time_limit() is call with a constant, but until there is well known coverage with progress(), this can cause timeouts that would not be easily fixable (and could cause regressive behavior in some cases).

      This should be configurable.
