1/ as usual try Moodle UI that depends on YUI (file uploads, navigation, drag and drop, activity chooser, scorm, question UI, etc.)
2/ repeat with and without combo loading + debug mode on and off
3/ repeat with and without using the CDN instead of local
4/ test with all supported browsers (do not forget IE 9-11)

We have some nasty hacks in 3.12.0 at the moment, we should aim for 3.13.0 in 2.6 release...
