      2. Browse to the course categories inteface
      3. Select a category and then a course
      4. Check that the course detail actions (far right at the top) at padded consistently with the category and course actions.

    Description

      These either need to be themed appropriately (vertical spacing feels uncomfortably close to the heading in particular), or turned into a dropdown menu / actionmenu like the other actions on the page.
