EditPDF Comments jumping to the left when created

      1. As admin, create a course, enrol yourself as student
      2. Create assign
      3. Submit a PDF
      4. Edit your submission > Grade > Launch PDF editor
      5. Add a comment
        => when you add the comment, the top left position of the comment should not moved once you release the left mouse button. (PS: the comment will automatically resize, don't worry about that)

      Description

      Click to create a comment, but type nothing in it.
      Click to create another comment and the new comment appears, then jumps to the left.

      Tested with Chrome, Debian + KDE.
