Chat activity needs user help

Setup Create a course with a chat activity. Testing scenario Login as student. Access to the course and to the chat. Press the "Click here to enter the chat now" link and maximize the window. Check there is a help icon  near the "Send" button. Check the help information is displayed properly when the help icon  is clicked (make sure the text is not cut-off). Check the "Themes" link is aligned to the right. Check the options for the Themes are displayed properly when clicking over them. Open the "Themes >>" link and select "Bubble". Check there is a help icon  near the "Send" button (in that case, it should be black). Check the help information is displayed properly when the help icon  is clicked (make sure the text is not cut-off). Open the "Themes >>" link and select "Compact". Check there is a help icon  near the "Send" button (in that case, it should be black). Check the help information is displayed properly when the help icon  is clicked (make sure the text is not cut-off). Close the window. Press the "Use more accessible interface" link and maximize the window. Check there is a help icon  near the "Send message" header text. Check the help information is displayed properly when the help icon  is clicked (in that case, you'll need to keep the  icon pressed to see the information; otherwise, the focus will go to the text field).
