Description
System-wide cohorts are managed via the admin menu (user > accounts > cohorts).
But Moodle also has a separate “Category” cohort system that’s hidden in the add/edit courses screen and not visible in the main System cohorts interface.
This is confusing and hard to manage. Do we really need a separate Category cohort system? Why can’t System cohorts be associated with categories? This way, there would be ONE central interface to control ALL cohorts.
