      Description

      In /lib/medialib.php, there are hardcoded options set for multimedia (e.g. Quicktime Videos) which really shouldn't be. These should be options that the course creator/admin can change when they are embedding the content.

      Example:
      <param name="loop" value="true" />
      <param name="autoplay" value="false" />
      <param name="autostart" value="false" />
      <param name="scale" value="aspect" />

      Looping isn't something everyone wants. In fact looping and autoplaying are the two things I hear people want to change on their Moodle site. No matter what I set the parameter to on Moodle, it gets ignored. Presumably by this code?

      Scale is one that I'm not sure on. When setting a width and height in the embedment, the video is getting cropped instead of re-sized. Perhaps due to the Scale parameter in this code? Not sure though.

      Either way - These options need to be changeable in Moodle.
