Testing Instructions:
1. In ie, chrome and firefox (safari for bonus points)
2. Open a page with tinymce
3. Look at the foreground and background colour buttons
4. Verify they look like two (related) buttons - not one.

The colour picker is actually 2 buttons. One to choose the colour and one to apply it. Make them look like 2 buttons not 1.
