Test this in clean. Log in as an admin Enabled the file download portfolio Browse to a course forum Create a discussion and then view it. Check that the alignment on the forum search form (top right) looks OK. Check that the selectors for display and moving are shown nicely. Resize your browser and check that with a medium, and then small resolution things look OK(ish), nothing overflows, and things wrap nicely. Please note there are a couple of pre-existing issues: In 2.5 the responsive layout mucks up block + content on a small resolution. If you actively resize and watch the output you'll notice righto before the block regions drop to the bottom that the selects jump around a little. There is no good solution to this, those selects change in size depending upon the language you are using and the name of your forums in the course.
