Testing Instructions:
1. Select Anomaly theme.
2. Dock all blocks and test that they remain docked and don't vanish.

Description

I noticed while testing ~~MDL-42697~~ that the dock is completely unavailable in the anomaly theme.
If you have blocks docked they are simply not show at all, with no way to get back at them.
