Test in Boost and in Clean theme

Go to Manage course and categories

Select "Courses" from Viewing: "Course categories"

select category with more than 5 courses

Set per page to 5 and you should see paging bar

Click on page 2

Cross check you are still in "Courses" from Viewing: "Courses" mode

On course management page paging links doesn't contain view param and when click on next page takes your to default manage course page.
