Blocknode one is null error while moving around blocks

      1. Add a mentees block to a page
      2. Click on configure block.
      3. Change default display region to right and save
      4. Check that the block doesn't have a title and cannot be docked.
      5. Check JS hasn't broken.

      Am not sure how to replicate this at will, but I was testing blocks, specifically moving around blocks, changing their default display regions etc on my home page, when I noticed the following error:-

      The error is shown only when I enable editing on the page and the configure icon for blocks donot work any more.

      I tried logging out and back in/ purging caches etc, no effect.
