Course and category management: Clicking on course appears to do nothing

From the 'Course and category management' page, e.g.

/course/management.php?categoryid=1

If you click on a course, the URL changes:

/course/management.php?categoryid=1&courseid=268

But nothing appears to happen! When you want to go to the course, this is confusing.

After trying this about 5 times I eventually realised that if you scroll wayyyyyy down, past the first screen, there is a section with details of the course, including a 'View' option.

I think absolutely everyone will make this mistake the first time they use this screen. Also, even when it's not the first time, it's annoying to have to scroll down.

Suggestion:

1.

(a) When there is a currently selected course, this should appear at the top of the screen and not the bottom, so that the screen very obviously changes and gives you the 'view, edit, etc' options right there.

or

(b) Leave screen in the same order but with an anchor #course or something so that the browser jumps to that part.

Additionally, as one common way to use/exit this screen is to go to a course page, it might be nice to save a click by including (view) or maybe an -> icon next to the course name in the first place, so that you can click that go directly to the course page.
