New Drag and Drop accessibility problem

The new drag and drop functionality in Moodle 2.6 allows users to choose whether to drag and drop items on the course homepage or choose a location from a menu. When the menu option is chosen (by clicking on the drag and drop icon), a menu pops up which lists the locations to which the item can be relocated.

This new menu is not accessible to keyboard use as I could find no way to choose a specific location other than by using the mouse to click on it.

This seriously degrades the usability of this feature for people with both sight and motor disabilities.
