Can not restore from Moodle 2.5.1 backup file (with 1479 questions) to Moodle 2.6 even after waiting for 6 hours

    Description

      I have created backup of a course with 1479 multiple choice questions from Moodle 2.5.1. Backup file size is 11.6 MB. When I attempt to restore it on Moodle 2.6 on my local server, even after waiting for more than 6 hours it could not restore it successfully. But, no error is fired. It still display processing message.
