Adding tags block to course or frontpage throw error

      1. Enable "Show course tags" and "Enable tags functionality"
      2. Go to course and turn editing on
      3. Add Tags block and you will see following error 

        Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$text in /home/rajesht/moodles/m/moodle/blocks/tags/block_tags.php on line 136
