      Description

      Test on your local site.

In the admin, search for SCORM. Enable everything (especially the URL type).

Create a SCORM package, you should see an option Type, where you can select External AICC URL. Select it.
      Enter https://secure.testcraft.com/dev7/Assess.aspx?aid=MOODLE-AICC-01&apass=PASSWORD123 - I found it in MDL-37484.

When saving the SCORM changes, you see this notice:
Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/jerome/moodles/integration_master/moodle/mod/scorm/locallib.php on line 1770

When displaying the Scorm, you see nothing. You should see the screenshot that is attached in MDL-37484

Dan mentioned in a below comment that the site need to be available online, so it's just about writing a more helpful error message.
