Testing Instructions:
1. Visit some forms (on Clean and Standard)
2. Make sure the labels are not bold (except for Clean on small screens)

Just before 2.6 landed the labels have been switched to bold. Now that all the labels are bold, the emphasis is lost.

I have asked barbararamiro who agrees that whether or not the labels are above the fields or not, they should not be bold.

This applies to Standard and Clean.
