Form labels should not be bold

      Description

      Just before 2.6 landed the labels have been switched to bold. Now that all the labels are bold, the emphasis is lost.

      I have asked Barbara Ramiro who agrees that whether or not the labels are above the fields or not, they should not be bold.

      This applies to Standard and Clean.
