LDAP doesn't properly escape extra quotes in course details

      LDAP enrol.php doesn't escape quotes present in the course shortname, fullname or summary. This causes numerous problems with our setups as several of our courses have apostrophes in any or all of these fields.

      Attached is a unified diff which resolves the problem for us.
