    Description

      To reproduce:

      1. Switch theme to Clean
      2. Create course, go to news forum and create a discussion (so the page is not empty)
      3. Note that on the forum view page only left region for the blocks is visible
      4. Expand navigation item "Course administration"
      5. Suddenly the content changes the size leaving space for non-existent right block region

Looking at page source I can see that expanding navigation item adds class "used-region-side-post" to the page body.

Reproduced on 2.6, not sure if it is present on 2.5 as well or not
