      Trey the following instructions with both web installation and CLI installation methods.

      1. Attempt a fresh installation
      2. In the DB settings section, try entering different combinations of characters for the 'table prefix'
      3. Verify that only lower-case letters and underscore are accepted.
      4. Verify that the prefix cannot be longer than 4 characters.

      If you use a capital letter in the prefix (I used sQ_ ), the installer gives a error: "table sQ_config not found" and won't proceed. It was right because the database had "sq_config" table. Deleteing all moodle tables and Manually changing prefix to small case in config.php workes.

      So either validate the prefix and tell users to use small case letter or updte the database creation scripts to have capital prefix in the table names.
