Add 2 content pages with an image in the description (A and B)

Delete the page A

Make sure that the file from A no longer exists in the lesson area

Delete the lesson

Make sure that

The file of B no longer exists in the lesson area

The file pop-up no longer exists in the lesson area either

If ~~MDL-42212~~ is integrated, you can use the Server Files repository to check if the file is deleted, otherwise observe the mdl_files table.
