Add custom sortorder for cohorts

I've being setting up test sites with several cohorts and have wished I was able to sort how the cohorts I have created are displayed.

Courses and categories in Moodle have field 'sortorder' and are sorted by this field in all listings. They can be rearranged in managment interface using up and down arrows and reordered by name if needed. This suggestion is to have the similar ordering for the cohorts
