There is a bug somewhere in one of the following modules:

      • modchooser
      • chooserdialogue
      • dialogue

      To reproduce:

      1. Log in as an admin
      2. Browse to a course that requires scrolling to get to the bottom section.
      3. Turn on editing
      4. Scroll down to the bottom section and click to add an activity.
      5. Notice that the scroll position jumps up the screen (usually to the top but depends upon your browser).

Of interest in all browsers except Chrome I've observed that this only happens the first time the dialogue is disabled.
In Chrome it seems to jump up each time you open the dialogue.
