      Description

      MDL-43595 issue is going/has been integrated (urgently) to fix a problem suddenly causing some popups to stop working.

      No matter of that, we need to know what caused the commented randomness there because it's not an ideal situation.

      So this issue is a followup up of MDL-43595 about to investigate and perform the needed changes to clean the original problem.
