Deleted users appear in the list of users awarded a badge

      To test you need to have a badge issued to one or more users.

      1. As an admin delete one of the users who has earned a badge before.

      2. Navigate to "Badge recipients" page where a list of users who have earned the badge is displayed.

      3. Make sure that deleted user is not displayed in the list of the recipients.

    Description

      I previously awarded a user a badge. That user is now deleted however they still appear on the badge recipients page. Clicking on their name in the recipients list takes me to a page that says "This user account has been deleted".
