Quiz reports lose settings

      1. You need a quiz with a fair number of attempts by different students. Half a dozen might be enough.
      2. Particularly if you don't have many attempts, set the page size to something small, e.g. 2.
      3. Change the 'Attempts that are' to select some, but not all options, e.g. just 'Finished'.
      4. Click Show report, and make sure it looks OK.
      5. Click the paging bar, or the alphabet bar, to go to another page. Verify that the 'Attempts that are' setting is remembered.

      Go to Results -> Grades for a quiz with many attempts.

      Change the options to only show Attempts that are: Finished and re-display the report.

      Click to go to page 2.

      Notice that it has gone back to showing all attempts irrespective of state.

      I'm sure this used to work.
