Add atto plugin to prevent automatic linking.

You will need a glossary with at least one entry with auto-linking turned. You will also need to enable the glossary auto-linking filter. Create a page with your glossary entry appearing in the content twice. Use the new prevent auto-linking button to prevent one of the instances from being automatically linked. When you view the page the other instance of the glossary entry should be clickable.
