For large courses, especially those that are taught in sections, there can be times when you want to automatically create groups for students to work in, but you want to do it in such a way that makes sense (don't group users from different sections). For this reason we've added the ability to create groups based on Enrolments and existing groups.

This replaces, and expands upon, the "Select members from cohort" functionality.
