quiz statistics report : language strings are being concatenated in order to create titles for response analysis tables

      1. You need a quiz with lots of complex statistics. Restoring the backup from MDL-41757 is proabably the easiest way to get that.
      2. Having restore that, go to the quiz, Results -> Statistics.
      3. The bit we are particularly interested in is "Download full report as".
      4. Download the full report as unpaged XHTML and check it has headings like 'Analysis of responses for ([question number]) "[question name]"
      5. Download the full report in Excel or ODS format. Check that the indivitual sheets are called things like '([question number]) "[question name]"'

      There are four variants of these strings, depending on whether the question appears at a fixed question number, and whether it has variants.

      This will mean that language editors will have no control over the order of the concatenated fragments when they are translating the titles.
