    Description

      We get many requests on the Themes forum asking for help changing the location of the breadcrumb from above the logo to below it like it is in the standard Moodle themes.

      Currently the breadcrumb in Bootstrap Base themes is positioned at the top of the page just below the menubar navigation, and so sits above the logo if one is added.
