Quiz User Override has 5 minute increments while Quiz itself has 1 minute increments

      1. You need a course with some students and possibly some groups.
      2. Create or edit a quiz, make sure you can set an 'Open the quiz', and/or a 'Close the quiz' date/time to the nearest minute.
      3. Now add a User or a Group override (it is the same form, you only need to test one). Verify you can set an overridden date to the nearest minute as well.

    Description

      Creating a Moodle Quiz allows you to set the start/stop date with 1 minute increments. This is great, allowing instructors to provide an exact time.

      However, when adding a User Override, the time increments goes to every 5 minutes. Thus, if a quiz ends at 11:59 PM, the instructor has to provide an override at either 00:00 the following day or 11:55 PM, making it a shorter attempt.

      Can we keep these two settings consistent?
