When viewing a user profile and view the Activity reports > all logs, a course title shows up in the breadcrumb trail (even though you're not in a course or looking at logs related to a particular course). As well as some repetition- 'Activity reports' is listed twice in the trail.

      1. Click on Site Administration > Users > Browse all users.
      2. Click on a User to view profile
      3. Click on Activity reports > All logs

The navigation breadcrumb will show as follows

Home ► Users ► [User name] ► Courses ► [Course name] ► Activity reports ► Today's logs ► Activity reports ► All logs

The course name is the course which is listed first under "Course profiles" on the User profile page.

The presence of a course title and repetition of 'Activity reports' is unexpected.
