Glossary - Mutiple terms used in glossary search produces error

Hi Everyone

We are currently experiencing an error where, using Moodle 2.5.5 (been happening for a while) if a person is querying the glossary and the query a string value with multiple terms (two words - example, the phrase "Black Belt"), the search returns the following error:

ERROR: duplicate parameter name in query

Of course, the link to more information leads nowhere.

1) Does anyone know root cause of this problem

2) Does anyone have a fix?
