You will need outcomes enabled in advanced features and you will need at least one outcome at the course level (look under course settings).

1. Create a test assignment 2.5, turn on "offline grading worksheet" and associate the assignment with your test outcome.
2. View the assignment, click on View/grade all submissions.
3. In the drop down list, select 'Download grading worksheet' item.
4. Ensure that in the CSV file column Outcomes does not show any HTML tags.
5. Grade student submissions, including providing feedback.
6. Upload the grading worksheet.
7. Edit the grade for one of the students. Check that everything is as it should be.
