      Description

Using Moodle 2.6, 2.6.1 and the most recent 2.6.2 (Build: 20140310), the [[categoryidnumbertaken]] string has not been defined. The problem did not exist in Moodle 2.5.1.

      Reproducing the issue:

      1) Click Home > Site Administration > Courses > Adda a Category
      2) Complete the form but use a Category ID number that already exists.
      3) Click Create Category.

The string [[categoryidnumbertaken]] appears next to the Category ID number field and the following error message will appear (may require developers debug mode):

Invalid get_string() identifier: 'categoryidnumbertaken' or component 'moodle'. Perhaps you are missing $string['categoryidnumbertaken'] = ''; in lang/en/moodle.php?
