Filter users by enrolled in any course

      1. Go to "Site administration -> Users -> Accounts -> Bulk user actions"
      2. Under "New filter" click "Show more..."
      3. Select either "Yes" or "No" under the "Enrolled on any course" field.
      4. Press "Add filter"
      5. See if resulting users match - they either have to be enrolled in at least one course or cannot be enrolled in any course.

      To clean the database a little, it would be nice to filter (delete) all users that have not logged in for 5 years and are not enrolled in any course.

      So I made a new filter for this.
